If you are unable to answer your security questions successfully, you can re-enable your account via email. Click the Login/Register button and select I forgot my Username or Password. Complete the necessary fields, select Continue and follow the instructions in your email to access your account. You can also update your security questions at any time by signing in to flexwork.uhc.com and accessing your Account Settings page.
